Stuckly has a strong commitment to his community. He serves on several boards and committees, including the Rotary Club of Waco Board of Directors, Waco ISD Advisory Board, KWBU, City of Waco Visioning Steering Committee and numerous Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce committees. A native of Red Oak, Wolaver holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Tarleton State University. He has more than 25 years of experience in higher education. Wolaver began his career working as a Graduate Assistant in the Dean of Students Office at Tarleton State University and held a range of positions from Financial Aid counselor to director of Student Activities at the university before leaving for TSTC in 1992. At TSTC Waco, he has led in various administrative positions including Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, Corporate College Associate Vice President, Vice President for Student Development, and most recently as the Executive Vice President.
